M&M can assist you in the implementation of the OSHA required posters, OSHA 100 / 300
logs, forms and paperwork, and the inspection of your work site to keep you compliant.

M&M can provide safety meetings for your employees on site. These meetings would last
for 10-20 minutes and be designed with your work place and employees in mind. Each
meeting would have a narrative, handout sheets, visuals, such as prepared programs and
power point programs, or just a plain hand on activity. A written quiz to assure the employee
has understood the meeting and the quiz would be placed in their safety file for
documentation. (When an accident happens you’ll have the paperwork in place)

M&M can provide services such as:

First aid training and materials.
Safety signs to signal safety sensitive areas.
Lock out / tag out programs
PPE with training to protect the employee as needed.
Inspections of the workplace on a monthly or as needed basis
Safety recommendations to improve the workplace.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL PROGRAMS
Pre hiring drug screen and on site drug and alcohol screening
Random drug testing / Reasonable suspicion
Post accident investigations
